Staffy Days
Sign in with the same Apple ID and make sure iCloud is on for Staffy Days (iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud). Install the app, open it, and your dogs and logs sync down. The first sync can take a few minutes on a big journal.
Check that both devices use the same Apple ID, iCloud Drive is on, and there's free iCloud storage. Then open the app on both devices while online. Settings in the app shows whether iCloud sync is active.
Open Settings → Journal Pro (or any ⭐ feature) and tap Restore purchase. Use the Apple ID you bought it with. Family Sharing members get Pro automatically when Family Sharing is set up.
No. It's a single payment and it's yours for good. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles all payments.
Allow notifications in iOS Settings → Staffy Days → Notifications, and check that Focus modes aren't hiding them. Health reminders arrive at 9 am on the due date. The optional streak nudge arrives at 7 pm. Both can be switched on or off in the app's Settings.
Go to Health → Paperwork. The vet & insurance PDF and the Pet CV are Journal Pro features. The text summary and the sitter card are free. Each opens the share sheet, so you can email, message or save it.
Settings → Your data → Erase all data removes everything from this device and your iCloud. To stop anonymous usage and crash reports, turn off Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage & crash reports. More in the Privacy Policy.
No. It's a journal, not a vet. It helps you spot patterns (like itchy weeks after a food change) and bring good notes to your vet appointment.
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the app version (Settings, at the bottom), and what you tapped just before it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
